Thank you for shopping with J & Flo Jewelry Company™. Each product item is either handmade in our studio or part of our vintage collection of carfeully curated items. Careful time, love and attention has been put into each item for sale!

Please review all shop policies before purchasing.

Please be aware that the shipping times vary per item from 7 - 10 days.

Payment

We prefer to process all orders through PayPal.

We do not accept cheques, nor money orders.

All cancellations/payments should be made within 24hrs of purchase.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2-4 days upon receipt of payment during 9am to 4pm business hours. (unless otherwise indicated).

All jewelry is shipped safely through USPS.

If you would like to expedite shipping please contact before 9am the next business day at jandflo[at]gmail.com.

I am not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, or damaged in transit PROVIDED that I shipped to the address in the paypal receipt unless otherwise specified by the customer.



All J & Flo items are shipped insured, and all tracking numbers are conveyed via email.

I do not included paper receipts within shipped package. We are a green friendly company!

Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept refunds up to 20 days after the date of purchase, in combination with an email explaining the reason for return.

The item must return in the same condition and the same packaging as it was recieved, Monetary Refunds (minus shipping) or equal value exchanges can be discussed/arranged. When considering "equal value", we reserve the right to take labor AND costs into consideration.
